Calendar Update
Monday, May 29 - No School Memorial Day
Friday, June 2 - Regular day for Pre-K
Wednesday, June 14 - Last day of School Both Classes meet from
7:55 - 10:00 Daycare is not available
I hope everyone enjoyed Blue and Gold Summer Games. We had a great time. I am so proud of their performance; we only practiced for one week. I would like to thank Mrs. Rabbitt for jumping in and helping me coordinate the headbands and glasses, with very little notice. We now have pictures from this fun day, and the month of May, on our website.
This week we explored the caterpillars and cocoons in the daycare yard and the brand new chicks in first grade, Very exciting!
We are learning all about the ocean and are working to turn our classroom into an ocean. We are learning about and creating fish, sea stars and many other ocean creatures.
Even though the end of the year is rapidly approaching, please remember we still need to wear the proper uniform and shoes, which includes no slip on shoes. Also, since spring fever has hit, we are working to continue emphasizing the importance of being kind to our friends inside and outside of the classroom. Thank you for continuing to help your child with this as well.
