Friday, March 3 – Regular day for Pre-K
We had such a fun St. Valentine’s Day celebration. A special thank you to our room coordinators and all our Moms who supplied the goodies to make Valentine’s Day so special. I hope you enjoyed reading your child’s Valentines with them. Also, Miss Beirne and I would like to thank you for all the cards and sweets, we loved them. We are continuing to learn the letters of the alphabet and their sounds. It is always helpful for your child to play alphabet games in the car or at home.

Thank you to the Mejia family for donating markers to our classroom.

On Thursday, March 1, we will all receive ashes. This is the beginning of our Lent Season. We will learn that Lent is a prayful and loving time in our Faith. During Lent we will be doing special things to help around the house, maybe putting on our pajamas or getting dressed the first time we are told, setting the table all by ourselves and doing other things to show kindness.
